1. Service Agreement

By using 1StopLaundry's services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our service includes pickup, professional cleaning, and delivery of your laundry items.

2. Service Area

Our services are available in select areas across Canada. Please check our locations page to confirm service availability in your area.

3. Pricing

Pricing is based on the weight of your laundry and varies by location. Current pricing can be found on our pricing page. All prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes.

4. Minimum Order

A minimum order of 15 pounds is required for all pickups. Orders below this minimum may be subject to additional fees.

5. Pickup and Delivery

Customers are responsible for placing laundry outside their door at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. We are not responsible for items left unattended.

6. Item Care

While we take great care with all items, we are not responsible for items that are not suitable for standard machine washing and drying. Please remove any items requiring special care.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

In the rare event of lost or damaged items, liability is limited to 10 times the cleaning cost of the item, up to a maximum of $100 per item.

8. Payment

Payment is processed after your laundry is weighed and before cleaning begins. We accept all major credit cards.

9. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time without charge.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information is used only to provide our services and is not shared with third parties except as necessary to complete your order.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
